Payment information: processed by our PCI-compliant Payment Processor — we do not store your full card details.
Communications: messages you send us via chat, email, phone, or contact forms.
Usage information: collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, via cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

To connect you with a Licensed Health Care Provider and facilitate your ESA/PSD letter evaluation.
To process payments and send order/service confirmations.
To respond to your customer support requests.
To send service-related updates and, where you've opted in, marketing communications.
To maintain the security and integrity of our Services and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: Licensed Health Care Providers facilitating your evaluation; service providers who help us operate our Services (e.g. payment processors, hosting, analytics); and third parties when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wellness Wag, our users, or the public.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

When you opt in to receive text messages from Wellness Wag, we collect your mobile phone number and consent preferences solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you signed up for, such as application status updates, document delivery notifications, and appointment reminders.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
